Sable dough.

     250gr sugar powder

     250gr butter

     5gr backing powder

     5gr salt

     3 ea egg

     500gr flour

     Directions:

     Combine butter and sugar powder in a bowl.

     Add salt and baking powder, mix until smooth.

     Then add egg gently. Finally add flour.
